A few weeks ago, when I mentioned that winter had taken a step back, I was also filming a video. I have previously shared that I seek beauty around me. For some reason, when I surround myself and my life with aesthetically pleasing things and environments, I feel good—mentally and physically. I draw energy from my surroundings and how they look. This is one of the biggest reasons I moved away from the city and into the heart of nature: to find the beauty I could never reach in the city’s symmetrical forms, the shades of concrete gray, and the pre-designed patches of nature.
